Objective To assess the effect of Dalitong Granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 79 patiens were randomized to the treatment group (n=41, Dalitong Granule 6g, rid)and the control group (n=38, treated with moss-pride citra dispe rsant 5mg, tid)). The therapeutic course for both groups was 4 weeks. The treatment effective rates were 92.7%, In the control group were 92.1%. Results There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). No ad-verse effect was found in the observation. Conclusion Dalitong granule has the sam clinical effect as mosapride citra dispe rsant with no obvions toxic-adverse effects.%目的 观察和评估达立通颗粒在功能性消化不良治疗中的临床疗效.方法 将79例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组41例,对照组38例,治疗组以达立通颗粒6g/袋,6g/次,3次/d;对照组以枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片5mg/片,5mg/次,3次/d.连续4周,4周后停服一切药物.观察患者症状改善情况及不良反应.治疗组总有效率92.7%,对照组总有效率92.1%.结果 治疗组疗效与对照组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应少.结论 达立通颗粒与枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片疗效相当,无明显不良反应.
