Objective To evaluate the accuracy of multi-detector helical computed tomography (CT) in the detection and staging of bladder cancer. Methods We collected 80 patients with contrast material-enhanced CT images , obtained with scanning delays of 60 seconds and 120seconds. We prospectively evaluated CT images and compared findings at CT with findings at histo-logic examination. We evaluated cancer detection rate, positive predictive value of cancer detection, and sensitivity , specificity and the total accuracy in staging of bladder cancer. Results The cancer detection rate and positive predictive value for cancer detection were 96. 3% and 95%. Sensitivity , specificity and the total accuracy in staging of bladder cancer were 89% , 95% and 89%. Conclusion Multi-detector helical CT is useful in the detection and staging of bladder cancer.%目的 评价多排螺旋CT增强扫描在膀胱癌术前癌灶检出及分期中的价值.方法 收集80例膀胱癌患者进行CT增强扫描,并于60s扫描膀胱、120s延时扫描.回顾性对比分析CT图像及手术病理结果.评价指标包括癌肿检出率、阳性预测值及对膀胱癌分期的敏感性、特异性及总的准确性.结果 膀胱癌增强扫描癌肿检出率及阳性预测值分别为96.3%、95%.术前膀胱癌分期敏感性特异性及总的准确性分别为89%、95%、89%.结论 多排螺旋CT对膀胱癌术前癌灶检出及分期中有重要价值.
