目的 探讨留置导尿管患者尿路感染的危险因素,并分析其有效的护理对策.方法 对126例住院期间接受留置导尿管的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 126例患者中共检出53株病原菌,所占百分比为42.06%；尿路感染的发生与性别、年龄有关,女性患者多于男性(P＜0.05),50岁以上发病率高于50岁以下患者；同时尿路感染的发生还与长时间留置导尿管及抗生素的应用有关.结论 护理人员应严格执行无菌操作,缩短留置导尿管的时间,减少大量应用广谱抗生素可有效控制尿路感染的发生.%Objective To explore the risk factor of urinary tract infection induced by indewling bladder catheter, and a-nalysis the nursing intervention. Methods The clinical datas of 126 cases of indewling bladder catheter were reviewed retrospectively. Results 53 strains of pathogens were found in 126 cases , and the percentage was 42. 06%. The urinary tract infection was associated with sex (female cases were more than males, P<0.05) , aged(over50 years cases were more than below 50 cases, P <0. 05) ,long time of indweling urinary catheterization and the use of antibiotics. Conclusion strictly with asepsis operation , shortened the catheter a demeure time and antibiotic intelligent use , all above can effective control urinary tract infection.
