目的 评价输尿管镜取石术治疗输尿管基质结石的效果.方法 对2003 ～ 2011年间治疗的6例泌尿系统基质结石临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 6例输尿管结石应用输尿管镜下取石配合置管术并抗炎进行治疗全部成功.对本组患者进行了平均1.2年的随访没有发现结石复发.结论 输尿管镜下取石配合置管术治疗输尿管基质结石是一种有效的方法.%Objective To evaluate the treatment effect by Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy for ureter matrix calculi. Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with urinary matrix calculi treated between 2003 to 2011 were retrospectively reviewed. Results 6 cases with ureter matrix calculi were successfully treated by Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy and indwelling catheterization after antibiotic therapy. All patients were followed up for 1.2 years on average, No recurrence of calculi was found. Conclusion Ureleroscopic Lithotripsy and indwelling catheterization is a effective way to treat ureter matrix calculi.
