Objective To investigate the feasibility of UDCA in preventing recurrence of gallbladder stone after laparo-scopic-assisted gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy(LAGPC). Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with LAGPC between Mar. 2007 and Oct. 2009 were analyzed. Ultrasonographic evaluation of gallbladder contraction in observation the function variation after 2 months. And patients have taken UDCA conventional capsule 500 mg for 8 to 12 months,then the effects was observed. Results 39 of 53 (73. 58% ) patients'gallbladder contraction function had improved greatly at 2 months after operation. The patients were followed up 1 to 2 years,2 of 53 (3. 77% ) patients'stone recurrence. And B ultrasonic examination without finishing the gallbladder wall thickening ( <3mm) , gallbladder function was normal. Conclusion The combination of LAGPC and UDCA is a feasible procedure in preventing gallstone recurrence. However, the long- term effects need further study.%目的 研究腹腔镜辅助胆道镜保胆取石术结合优思弗对胆囊结石复发的影响,探讨其临床价值.方法 回顾分析我院2007年3月~2009年10月行腹腔镜辅助胆道镜保胆取石术53例的临床资料,术后2个月采用超声评价手术前后胆囊收缩功能的变化,术后口服优思弗胶囊500mg/d,服药8~12个月,观察其疗效.结果 术后2个月,73.58%(39/53)的患者胆囊收缩功能可恢复或接近正常.术后随访1~2年,3.77%(2/53)的患者结石复发,B超检查胆囊壁光滑无增厚(<3mm),胆囊功能正常.结论 腹腔镜辅助胆道镜保胆取石术结合服用优思弗可有效预防结石复发,但长期疗效尚需深入研究.
