Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ma-mi-ai for infant diarrhea autumn. Methods 115 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group, smecta, pepsin mixture, compound vitamin B and fluid therapy were used to the control group, added with Ma-mi-ai on this basis for the treatment group. Results Treatment group antidiarrheal time to correct dehydration time, the average healing time, the total course of treatment than the control group, statistically significant (P < 0. 01). The total effective rate of the control group and treatment group were 87. 51% and 97. 59% , the difference was significant (P<0. 01). Conclusion Ma-mi-ai in treatment of infant diarrhea autumn, is safe, effective, good compliance.%目的 观察妈咪爱治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效.方法 115例秋冬季腹泻患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,应用思密达、胃酶合剂、复方维生素B及补液等综合治疗作为对照组,在此基础上加用妈咪爱作为治疗组.结果 治疗组在止泻时间,纠正脱水时间,平均治愈时间,总疗程均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).时照组和治疗组总有效率分别为87.51％和97.59％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 妈咪爱同时配合肠粘膜保护剂,液体疗法等综合治疗,对婴幼儿秋季腹泻的治疗效果良好,使用方便安全,小儿依从性好,值得临床推广使用.
