Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of addition and subtraction of Ganluxiaodu pill combined with western medicine for treating the patients with chronic hepatitis B( CHB) . Methods 60 cases of patients with CHB were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The all patients with CHB were given the conventional treatment, the control group was given lamivudine treatment on the basis of conventional treatment, and the treatment group was given the addition and subtraction of Ganluxiaodu pill on the basis of treatment of control group, continuous treatment of 3months. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, the liver function parameters ALB levels of two groups increased significantly, and the TBIL,AST,ALT levels decreased significantly, compared with the per- treatment levels the difference was significant ( P <0. 05) ; and after treatment, the liver function parameters (ALB, TBIL, AST, ALT) levels were significant difference between the treatment group and control group ( P <0. 05) . The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 7% (29/30) , the control group was 76. 7% (23/30) , compared the difference was significant ( P <0. 05). There were no adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion The addition and subtraction of Ganluxiaodu pill combined with western medicine for treating the patients with CHB is safe, effective and worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨甘露消毒丹加减联合西药治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效.方法 60例CHB患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予拉米夫定治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予甘露消毒丹加减治疗,连续治疗3个月.观察治疗前后两组主要临床症状和体征改善情况,评价临床疗效,观察不良反应.结果 治疗后,两组患者肝功能指标ALB 水平显著上升,TBIL、AST、ALT水平均显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后肝功能指标(ALB、TBIL、AST、ALT)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组临床疗效总有效率为96.7%(29/30),对照组为76.7%(23/30),治疗组临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).两组均无不良反应发生.结论 甘露消毒丹加减联合西药治疗CHB是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,临床值得推广应用.
