Objective To analyze the expression of REGγ in the tissue of lung cancer,colon cancer, thyroid cancer and liver cancer, by which to study the relationship between REGγand pathogenesis of primary cancer. Methods Tissue chip and im-munohistochemistry (EnVision) were used to detect the expression of REGγin the tissue of lung cancer(92), colon cancer(48), thyroid cancer(49)and liver cancer(206). Results In 92 cases of lung cancer,the positive expression of REGγ were 84 cases. In 48 cases of colon cancer, the positive expression of REGγwere 46 cases. In 49 cases of thyroid cancer,the positive expression of REGγ were 47 cases. In 206 cases of liver cancer, the positive expression of REGγ were 201 cases. Conclusions REGγshows high expression in lung cancer, colon cancer, thyroid cancer and liver cancer, which is related to the pathogenesis of multi-ple cancer types as an important tumor marker.%目的:分析REGγ在肺癌、结肠癌、甲状腺癌和肝癌中的表达,并探讨与其发生、发展的相关性。方法应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学EnVision法,对REGγ在92例肺癌、48例结肠癌、49例甲状腺癌和206例肝癌中的表达进行分析。结果92例肺癌中,84例为REGγ阳性表达;48例结肠癌中,46例为REGγ阳性表达;49例甲状腺癌中,47例为REGγ阳性表达;206例肝癌中,201例为REGγ阳性表达。结论 REGγ在肺癌、结肠癌、甲状腺癌和肝癌中均有过度表达,与人类多种癌症的发生、发展相关,是一个重要的肿瘤标记。
