目的:探讨更为合理的内科责任护士护理工作量绩效考核模式。方法将医嘱护理分级与日常生活活动能力分级交叉整合形成双相护理分级,作为责任护士床位分配及绩效考核的依据。比较实施前后护士对绩效的满意度、医生及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实施基于双相护理分级的护理工作量考核模式后护士对绩效满意度、医生及患者满意度均提高,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯医嘱护理分级相比较,双相护理分级绩效考核模式更能真实地反映责任护士的实际工作情况,体现多劳多得的绩效分配原则,提高责任护士工作的主观能动性,有效促进优质护理深入开展。%Objective Explore more reasonable medical liability nurse workload performance evaluation model. Methods The doctor care and activities of daily living hierarchical classification form cross-integrated duplex nursing classification,as the responsibility of nurses and beds allocated based on performance assessment,before and after the implementation of nurse satisfac-tion with the performance of doctors and patient satisfaction with nursing work. Results Based on the two-phase implementation of grading nursing care workload assessment model of performance satisfaction of nurses,doctors and patient satisfaction were increased,there was significant difference between before and after(P<0. 05). Conclusion Classification and simple care doctor, compared biphasic care classification performance evaluation model more realistically reflect the actual working conditions of nurses responsibility,hard work and performance allocation principles embodied improve nurses responsibility initiativ, effectively promote quality care deeply carried out.
