前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病性肌梗死的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察前列腺素E 1对糖尿病糖尿病性肌梗死的疗效。方法14例糖尿病肌梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各7例，两组均给于复方丹参针及糖尿病综合治疗，在此基础上观察给予前列腺素E1治疗，观察两组患者治愈天数。结果治疗组治愈天数较对照组明显缩短，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病肌梗死疗效较好，有统计学差异。因此可作为治疗糖尿病性肌梗死较好的一种临床方案。%Objective Observation of Prostaglandin E1 on diabetic muscle infarction. Methods 14 patients with diabet-ic muscle infarction were randomly divided into group and control group(n=7),two groups were given compound salvia miltiorrhi-za injection and comprehensive treatment of diabetes, on the basis, the observed secondary to the PGE 1 group treatment, and care days were observed. Results The treatment group curative time was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 01). Conclusion Diabetic patient has a significant effect with PGE1 treatment on diabetic muscle infarction.
