不同暂封材料强度及微渗漏的比较研究

             

摘要

目的 比较两种暂封材料的强度及微渗漏情况.方法 将氧化锌水门汀暂封材料(ZOE)及Ceivitron暂封膏制作成8cm×1cm×0.4cm长方体条状物,置于人口唾液中浸泡,分别于0.5h、1h、2h、3h、4h测试抗压强度.收集20颗前磨牙,随机分成两组,每组10例,制备成3×4mm洞型,分别用氧化锌水门汀暂封材及Ceivitron暂封膏充填,浸入2%亚甲基蓝溶液渗透1周,测量显微镜下亚甲蓝渗透距离.用SPSS16.0统计软件对实验数据进行分析.结果 在抗压强度实验中,ZOE暂封材抗压强度在3h强度达到理想状态,Ceivitron暂封膏在4h后方能测试有数据产生,但在试验中均显示出材料呈较软状态.氧化锌水门汀暂封材强度高于Ceivitron暂封膏,Ceivitron暂封膏微渗漏较氧化锌水门汀暂封材低.结论 氧化锌水门汀暂封材咀嚼强度高于Ceivitron暂封膏,但Ceivitron暂封膏封闭性好于ZOE暂封膏.%Objective To compare the strength and micro leakage of two kinds of temporary sealing materials. Methods ( ZOE) and Ceivitron temporary seal paste were made into 8 × 1 × 0. 4 cm rectangular strip,and placed in the saliva of the popula-tion soaked. Test the compressive strength at 0. 5h,1h,2h,3h,4h,respectively. 20 premolars were collected and randomly divided into two groups,10 cases in each group. They were prepared with 3 × 4 mm hole,with Zinc Oxide cement temporary sealing material and the Ceivitron temporary sealing paste filling,penetration of 1 week immersed in 2% methylene blue solution,and the methylene blue penetration distance was measured under the microscope. SPSS16. 0 statistical software was used to analyze the experimental data. Results In the compressive strength experiment,the compressive strength of ZOE temporary seal material reaches the ideal state at 3h strength,Ceivitron temporary sealant can test data after 4h,but the material shows soft state in the experiment. The strength of the zinc oxide cement was higher than that of the Ceivitron and the Ceivitron was slightly lower than that of the zinc ox-ide cement. Conclusion Zinc Oxide cement temporary sealing material is better than Ceivitron temporary sealing paste at mastica-tory strength,but weaker at sealing property.
