玻璃酸钠注射液关节内注射联合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎的临床研究

摘要

Objective Clinical effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate injection combined joint mobiliza-tion for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis was observed. Methods 48 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients se-lected from December 2011 to December 2015 in our hospital of Neijiang rehabilitation department were randomly divided into two groups half in half. The treatment group was given joint mobilization and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate injection and the control group was given joint mobilization. Both groups were treated 15 to 20 days and the curative effect of two groups was compared. Results According to the VAS score and Constant-Murley shoulder function evaluation method,the treatment group was superior to control group and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate injection combined joint mobilization for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis is obviously promoted in relieving pain,reducing synarthrophysis and improving the effect of shoulder joint activity compared with joint mobilization alone.%目的：观察玻璃酸钠注射液关节内注射联合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年12月至2015年12月在我院康复科住院的肩关节周围炎患者48例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例，治疗组予关节松动术及玻璃酸钠注射液关节内注射，对照组予关节松动术，治疗15~20d。比较两组的疗效。结果经VAS评分及Constant-Murley肩功能评定法对比，治疗组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论玻璃酸钠注射液关节内注射联合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎，较单纯实用关节松动治疗对缓解疼痛、缓解关节粘连，改善肩关节活动度效果都有明显提升。
