激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗屈光参差

摘要

Objective To summarize the refractive and visual outcomes of patients after the treatment of the laser in situ keratomileusis(Laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)for anisometropia,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect,safety and predictability.Methods 80 eyes of 40 patients with anisometropia were treated with LASIK.The degree of higher preoperative mean equivalent spherical mirror was-12.73 D(-5.75 ~-14.50D),the contralateral eye was-8.32D(-2.75 ~-13.50D),and the average preoperative anisometropiaof the two eyes was-4.12 D(-2.75 ~-12.50D).Results The degree of higher preoperative mean equivalent spherical mirror was-12.73 D,the postoperative reduction was-0.75 D.The contralateral eye was-8.32D,the postoperative reduction was-0.35 D.Postoperative anisometropiaof two eyes was reduced to-0.36D(0 ~ 3.50D).The postoperative best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)was 5.0 in 35 eyes(43.8%).There were 56 eyes(70.0%)of which the average postoperative uncorrected visual acuity(NCVA)was more than 4.7.No obvious complications occurred.Conclusion LASIK is a safe and effective surgical method for the treatment of adult anisometropia.%目的 总结激光原位角膜磨镶术(Laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)治疗屈光参差后患者的屈光和视力结果,评价此疗法的效果、安全性和可预测性.方法 40例屈光参差患者的80只眼接受了LASIK治疗.术前平均等效球镜度较高眼-12.73(-5.75~-14.50D),对侧眼为-8.32D(-2.75~-13.50D),术前两眼屈光参差平均为-4.12(-2.75~-12.50D).结果 术前平均等效球镜度较高眼-12.73D,术后减少为-0.75;对侧眼为-8.32D,术后减少为-0.35D.术后两眼屈光参差减少为-0.36D(0~-3.50D).术后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)有35眼(43.8%)为5.0.术后平均裸眼视力(NCVA)≥4.7的56眼(70.0%).未发生明显并发症.结论 LASIK是一种安全、有效、预测性好的治疗成人屈光参差的手术方法.
