环境问题是我国当今最重要的民生问题，目前，损害人民群众利益的环境污染问题愈演愈烈，人们寄希望环境法治，然而，当前的环境法治建设存在诸多的弊端，本文探讨了我国环境法治建设中的一些问题，并提出了对策建议。%Nowadays, environmental problems are the most important livelihood issues in China.
