不同有机负荷泔脚废油脂厌氧消化试验研究

             

摘要

A test on anaerobic digestion with a different organic load rate (OLR) for waste grease from food residue mixed with pig manure was processed in a CSTR reactor under mesophilic temperature.There were five OLR including 0.5 gVS/(L · d),0.75 gVS/(L · d),1.0 gVS/(L · d),1.25 gVS/(L · d)and 1.5 gVS/(L · d).Results indicated that the system could run well and stably when the OLR was less than 1.25 gVS/(L · d)and pH,VFA,the concentrations of alkalinity and ammonia nitrogen concentration maintained at around 7.3,450mg/L,9500 mg/L and ll00mg/L,respectively.The system achieved the best performance with a stable biogas production under OLR of 1.25 gVS/(L · d).The maximum daily biogas yield and average biogas production rate were 17.6L and 1.78L/gVS,respectively,and methane content was 60%.%将泔脚中的废油脂与猪粪混合,采用CSTR反应器,在中温(35℃)条件下进行不同有机负荷厌氧消化试验.试验共进行了0.5gVS/(L·d)、0.75 gVS/(L·d)、1.0 gVS/(L·d)、1.25 gVS/(L·d)、1.5 gVS/(L·d)5个有机负荷.试验表明,在有机负荷小于1.25 gVS/(L·d)时,pH、VFA、碱度和氨氮浓度分别保持在7.3、450mg/L、9500 mg/L和1100mg/L左右,系统能稳定运行.在有机负荷为1.25 gVS/(L·d)时条件下运行效果最佳,产气量稳定,最大日产气量为17.6L,平均产气率最大为1.78L/gVS,甲烷百分含量为60%.
