With the objective of water quality to meet standard requirements for Kaitai bridge section of Ergan river,by considering factors such as water pollution source and hydrological conditions,this paper generalized sewage draining exits affecting control section.According to the boundary water quality and the design of hydrological conditions,a one-dimensional steady water environment mathematical model was established,and the allowable discharge quantity was determined.The results showed that the environmental capacity of COD,NH3-N and TP were 557.5t/a,74.5t/a,and5.5v/a,respectively,considering the actual situation,the feasible measures for water quality meeting standard were put forward,which can provide the regulation scheme for environmental management department.%以二干河开太桥断面水质达标为目的,综合考虑整治范围内水体污染来源及水文条件等因素,对影响开太桥控制断面水质的排污口进行概化;根据边界水质条件和设计水文条件建立一维稳态水环境数学模型,进而确定允许排放量,整治范围内COD、氨氮和总磷水环境容量分别为557.5t/a,74.5t/a,5.5t/a.综合考虑整治区域实际,提出二干河开太桥断面水质达标的可行性措施,为环境管理部门作出整治方案提供思路.
