Upgrading popular Eastern Cape route - Port Alfred to the Fish River Bridge

Favoured by many commercial transporters as the easier route between East London and the Nanaga Interchange on the N2, Concor Infrastructure's improvements to the R72 'coastal road' in the Eastern Cape will soon bring smiles to the faces of road users in the area. The Concor Infrastructure contract from the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) covers 27.5 km between Port Alfred and the Fish River, and includes the addition of alternate passing lanes in each direction. Completion is targeted for October 2018.
