为了有效提高生活垃圾预处理物料的燃烧热值,提出振动与风力相结合的分选设备.通过EDEM-Fluent耦合,设计关于振幅、频率、振动方向角、振动箱体倾角、风速和风速偏角的六因素三水平的正交试验,得出振动风选机的最优设计参数,并进行试验验证,为振动风选机的工程设计提供理论支撑.%In order to effectively improve the combustion heat of pretreatment material of the Municipal Solid Waste,a sorting device combining vibration and wind was proposed.By using EDEM-Fluent coupling,the six-factor three-level orthogonal tests of amplitude,frequency,vibration direction angle,vibration box inclination,wind speed and wind speed deflection were designed,and the optimal design parameters of the vibration air classifier were obtained.Experiments were carried out to verify,which can provide theoretical evidence for the engineering design of vibration air classifier.
