Aimed at pollution control of wastewater and exhaust gas from the ammonia-based CO 2 capture process,a new method was developed to use phosphorus gypsum slurry substituting water to absorb ex-haust NH 3 and reduce the water recycle amount.The mechanism of simultaneous control of exhaust am-monia and wastewater in CO 2 mineralization of Phosphogypsum process was analyzed and validated with the simulated experiments.The results showed that,compared with the pure water,the presence of gyp-sum slurry not only made the equilibrium pressure of NH 3 below 10ppm,but also reduced water recycle a-mount by 60%.,greatly reduced energy consumption of waste water evaporation system,satisfying the constraints of water closed recycle process.%以控制氨法脱碳尾气氨与废水污染为目的,提出以磷石膏悬浮液代替清水吸收尾气微量 NH 3的技术方案。分析了磷石膏矿化 CO 2尾气氨与废水污染协同控制机理,并通过实验验证。实验结果表明:与纯水作为吸收剂相比,磷石膏悬浮液的存在不仅使尾气 NH 3≤10ppm,而且工艺水循环量减少约60%,大大降低体系废水蒸发能耗,满足工艺水封闭循环的限制条件。
