单个锚栓抗剪性能试验研究及数值分析

         

摘要

化学锚栓已广泛应用于各类工程的改造加固中,锚栓的抗剪性能直接影响加固方案的安全可靠性.为了对单个锚栓的抗剪性能进行试验和数值分析研究,本文制作了36根化学锚栓,考虑了基材强度、锚固深度、锚栓直径的影响.研究结果表明:锚栓剪切荷载位移曲线呈现2个转折点,可分为3个线性阶段;基材强度对锚栓性能的影响主要集中在第2阶段;建议锚固深度取为8~10D;直径越大,其抗剪性能增强越显著;将试验结果、数值分析结果及理论计算结果进行了对比分析.%Bonded anchors is widely used in the reconstruction and reinforcement of various projects.Its performance in shear behavior directly affects the safety and reliability of the reinforcement method.This article studied on shear behavior of a single anchor by test and finite element analysis.36 bonded anchors had been made by considering the influence of the strength of base material,anchorage depth and bolt diameter.There are two turning points in the shear load-displacement curve for single anchor and it can be divided into three linear phases.The influence of the strength of base material mainly concentrates in the second stage.It suggests that anchorage depth is 8~10D.When diameter increases,shear behavior of anchors significantly enhances.The test results,the finite element analysis and theoretical calculation formula were analyzed and compared.
