基于摩擦材料的摩擦摆隔震耗能试验探究

         

摘要

The basic structure and principle of isolation friction pendulum bearing explored the mechanical properties of the bearing with different friction materials of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) when controlling the test variable method.The effects of vertical pressure and slip loading rate on the hysteretic behavior of friction pendulum were investigated.The results show that the hysteresis characteristics of the friction pendulum are affected by friction material,vertical pressure and slip rate.Compared with the lubrication friction,the horizontal hysteresis curve is more full and the energy dissipation is better.%根据摩擦摆支座的基本构成和隔震原理,通过控制试验变量法探究了采用聚四氟乙烯和超高分子量聚乙烯两种不同摩擦材料时的支座力学性能,考察了竖向压力和滑移加载速率对摩擦摆支座滞回特性性能的影响规律.结果表明:摩擦摆支座的滞回特性是由摩擦材料、竖向压力和滑移速率等因素共同影响的,且与润滑摩擦相比,干摩擦时的水平滞回曲线更加饱满,耗能能力更好.
