Introduces the disadvantage of the deve lopment of renewable technology and performance characteristics of con-crete, and its presence in the actual project, described the steel concrete in construction applications, advantages and engineer-ing applications, and issues for further study were discussed in the future.%简要介绍了再生混凝土技术的发展和性能特征，及其在实际工程中存在的缺点，阐述了钢管混凝土在建筑工程中应用的优势及工程应用，并对今后需要进一步研究的问题进行了展望。
