血液理化指标测定抗旱王牛的

摘要

To study the biochemical blood indexes of Droughtmaster cattle and Simmental cat-tle,the automatic instrument method was used to detect in each 14 adult female Droughtmaster cat-tles and Simmental cattles,then the indexs were analyzed by statistical method. The results showed that blood indexes of Droughtmaster cattle were steady compared with Simmental cattle,Droughtmas-ter cattle had the characteristics of heat-resisting,drought-tolerant and so on, but the other charac-teristics and advantages needed to research further.%为了掌握引进的抗旱王牛的血液理化指标，本试验使用全自动分析仪分别对14头成年的雌性抗旱王牛和14头雌性西门塔尔牛进行了血液理化指标测定，并对测定结果进行了比较分析。结果表明，抗旱王牛的血液理化指标相对西门塔尔牛更稳定，初步体现了抗旱耐热的品种特性，但其他特性与优点仍需进一步研究。
