两种测定饲料级磷酸氢钙中磷含量的方法比较

摘要

Calcium hydrophosphate is widely applied as feed additive that used to recover the shortage of phosphoras in feedstuff. The phosphor content in calcium hydrophosphate were determined by two different methods (spectrophotometry and gravimetric methods) in this paper, the results showed that phosphor content of feed calcium hydrophosphate could be conveniently and quickly determined by spectrophotometry method.%磷酸氢钙是一种广泛用于补充畜禽饲料中磷含量不足的饲料添加剂。本文通过两种方法（分光光度法和重量法）测定了磷酸氢钙样品中磷的含量，并对检测结果进行了比较，结果证明用分光光度法可以快速、简便地测定出饲料级磷酸氢钙中磷的含量。
