一株河流漫游球菌的分离鉴定

摘要

本试验从一头进口病死种猪的病料中分离得到1株革兰氏阳性球菌，通过对其进行细菌形态学、培养特性、生化特性和分子生物学鉴定，确认为河流漫游球菌。药敏试验显示该分离株对大多数抗生素有较好的敏感性。%One isolates of gram-positive bacteria was isolated from one import swine and identi-fied as vagococcus fluvialis by bacteria morphology,cultural characteristics,physiological,biochemi-cal and molecular biological identification. Drug sensitive tests showed that this isolates strain was sensitive to most of the antibiotics.
