退役士兵酒店管理师职业技能培训问题及对策研究--以大连市酒店管理师技能培训为例

退役士兵的自主就业及创业问题一直是关注民生的热门话题，大连职业技术学院于2014年被确定为市级退役士兵职业技能培训定点机构，培训专业众多，其中酒店管理师是首次开展的职业技能培训项目，人才需求旺盛。对新兴酒店管理师职业资格认证进行说明，介绍职业技能培训工作取得的成果，结合培训工作现存问题提出解决方法。%The self-employment and entrepreneurship problems of demobilized soldiers has been a hot topic of people's livelihood, Dalian Vocational Technical College was identified in 2014 as a municipal institutions for demobilized soldiers vocational skills training. There are many professional trainings, the hotel management division is the first carried out vocational skills training program, which has a strong demand for talent. This paper described the emerging hotel management division professional qualification, introduced the results achieved in vocational skills training, proposed solutions combining the existing problems in training.
