基于CAN的船舶数据监控系统设计

     

摘要

With respect to great variation in temperature, vibration intensity and electromagnetic radiation in inland ship, a kind of remote data monitor and control system based on CAN bus is designed in the paper to meet high requirements of reliability and safety for data acquisition. Monitor and control system structure is researched, while monitoring network communication mode and computer network mode is discussed. A remote monitor and control system based on C/S framework is actualized with the help of networked virtual instrument. Research results show that the system improves the real-time capability and the reliability greatly in monitoring and controlling.%针对内河船舶数据采集环境温度变化大、震动强度高、电磁辐射强等问题,以及数据采集可靠性和安全性要求高等特点,设计了一种基于 CAN 总线的船舶远程数据监控系统。文中研究了监测系统结构,通过对监测网络通信方式和计算机网络模式进行讨论,利用网络虚拟仪器技术实现了一种基于C/S构架的远程监控系统。实际应用表明:该系统监控效果良好,监控的实时性和可靠性高。
