计算机技术和船舶自动化机舱探索

     

摘要

Land-based automatic marine engine room (MER) is an efficient maritime practice teaching facility, playing a vital role in multi-level navigation practice teaching. Although we are now in the largest maritime country, shipping education idea and teaching facilities in China are still lagging behind. In recent 20 years, using an introduction and self-developed combined technical route, China's maritime institutions have made unremitting efforts to explore automatic MER teaching facilities and kept advancing with the times. This paper introduces frameworks and characteristics of a new type of engine laboratories, expounds the development of automation system based on digital technology. Newly integrated machinery laboratories have been put into operation and enormous economic and social benefits have been produced.%  陆上自动化机舱是高效的航海实践教学设施,在多层次的航海实践教学中起着重要的作用。作为航运大国,中国的航运教育理念和教学设施相对滞后。近20多年来,我国航海院校采用引进和自行研制相结合的技术路线在探索自动化机舱实践教学设施方面做了不懈的努力,且与时俱进。论文介绍了新型机舱实验室构架和特色,着重阐述了基于数字化技术开发的自动化系统。目前,投入运行的新建综合机舱实验室已产生了巨大的经济和社会效益。
