深水铺管起重船轮机管道系统设计研究

摘要

Deepwater pipelay crane vessel “HAI YANG SHI YOU 201” is the first DP-3 class of deepwater construction vessel independently designed and fabricated in China. For the actual design consideration of machinery piping in “HAI YANG SHI YOU 201”, several important points, which may be ignored and misunderstand, are described and analyzed in this paper, in order to ensure that the requirement of rules, regulations and operations can be met, and effective cost reduction can be achieved. That will provide important reference for the design and construction of machinery piping system for future similar DP-3 or DP-2 class vessel.%深水铺管起重船“海洋石油201”是中国第一艘自主详细设计和建造的DP3+DP2级深水工程船。论文以“海洋石油201”的轮机管道系统设计研究为实例，着重分析与动力定位（DP）相关的、在轮机管道系统设计中易忽略或混淆的问题，可为今后类似DP-3或DP-2级动力定位船舶轮机管道系统的设计和建造提供重要参考，在确保满足规范和操作要求的前提下达到节约成本的目的。
