海洋钻井隔水管悬挂状态下轴向动力特性比对研究

     

摘要

Deepwater oil and gas resource is one of the future directions of the energy industry. In this essay, a marine drilling riser system in one semisubmersible platform working in the South China Sea is simulated with finite element method. Axial dynamic characteristics are analyzed and a comparison between hard and soft hang-off mode is provided. The finite element software Orcaflex is selected to perform the simulation of presented example. This example can supply useful technical reference for actual hang-off operation of marine drilling riser system, particularly for deepwater marine drilling riser system working in the South China Sea area.%深水油气资源是世界新能源的开发方向之一。论文以南海海域某半潜式钻井平台上的钻井隔水管为例,对其在不同水深下采用动力有限元模拟,完成硬悬挂与软悬挂方式时轴向动力特性比对和分析,模拟使用有限元软件Orcaflex进行。通过这些算例,为实际钻井隔水管的悬挂作业,特别是在南海海域工作的深水钻井隔水管的悬挂作业提供技术借鉴。
