基于海洋环境的CFRP加固含裂纹钢板拉伸性能试验研究

     

摘要

Failure process of steel plates under tension is simulated with virtual fracture closure method.Reinforcement schemes considering environmental protection are put forward.Four reinforcement cases are analyzed by finite element method and the simulation method is verified by test results.The environment of the South China Sea such as altemating hot and humid,salt mist and solar radiation are simulated by using environment test equipment.The effect of environment factors on maximum load and displacement before bonding is analyzed.The results show that the virtual crack closure method can accurately simulate the stress state before and after the structure is reinforced.The environment has no effect on the maximum debond load of the reinforced structure,but the maximum displacement of the layer is obviously reduced,which indicates that environmental factors have influence on the elongation of adhesive.%应用虚拟裂纹闭合法建立模型,模拟塑性钢板的破坏过程.提出了考虑环境防护的加固工艺方案,进行有限元仿真分析及试验验证.利用环境试验设备模拟交变湿热、太阳辐射老化、盐雾等南海典型环境,分析南海环境因素对加固胶层脱粘前的最大载荷及脱粘位移的影响.研究表明,虚拟裂纹闭合法可准确地模拟含裂纹结构加固前后的受力情况,环境因素对CFRP加固结构的最大脱粘载荷基本没有影响,但最大脱层位移显著降低.这表明环境因素对粘接剂的延伸率有一定的影响.
