网格变形控制技术在带前置定子导管桨水动力优化设计中的应用

     

摘要

This paper applied controled mesh deformation technology to hydrodynamic profile optimization of a ducted propeller with pre-swirl stator. Open water efficiency of the optimization scheme is 2% higher than the initial scheme,and the flow separation near the blade tip is highly broken. The results of this paper indicates that mesh reconstruction method based on controled mesh deformation technology can settle the problem in the mesh automatic generation for multi-scheme design in the condition of mesh similarity and can be used in hydrodynamic optimization design for integrated propulsor.%应用网格变形控制技术,对带前置定子导管桨进行了转动叶片水动力外形的优化设计研究,优化方案的敞水效率较原始方案提高了2%,并能显著减弱叶梢流动的分离现象.优化结果表明,基于网格变形控制技术的网格重构方法能在保证网格相似性的条件下,解决多方案网格自动生成的难题,便于进行组合式推进器的水动力性能优化设计.
