蒸汽发生器旋叶式汽水分离器的数值模拟

     

摘要

The flow of outlet water and the variation of pressure drop have been obtained through comparing with the separation efficiency of two kind of rotary vane steam-water separators varied in diameter of separating bowl using a kind of software Fluent which is powerful on computational fluid dynamics in the paper. After lots of simulations and comparisons of two kind of separators, it is concluded that the higher the inlet velocity of separation bowl is, the higher the separation efficiency is. In addition, with decline of the bowl diameter or decrease of the water content, the inlet velocity of separating bowl will be increased as well as improvement of the separation efficiency. However, the increase of velocity will make pressure drop increased dramatically and rotating blades may be impacted by the steam-water mixture and make the blades fall off, which lead to the problem of the local stress intensity. In summary, the separation of 300 mm diameter of separating bowl will be better in separation efficiency and local stress, so I recommend it.%采用Fluent计算流体动力学软件对2种不同分离简直径的旋叶式汽水分离器的分离情况进行了数值模拟,得到了各出口水流量以及压降的变化关系.通过对各种影响因素的模拟以及对2种筒径的比较,结果表明,分离筒入13速度越大,则分离效果越好,减小筒径或减小含水量均可以使分离筒入口速度增加,从而提高分离效率.但是,速度的提高会使压降急剧增加,可能对旋叶造成冲击,引起旋叶局部应力强度问题,使旋叶脱落.综上所述,推荐采用直径300 mm的分离筒进行分离.
