海水冷却智能管网离心泵最优调速特性

     

摘要

As seawater-cooling intelligent pipe-network performances under varied conditions, thehydraulic characteristicand flow requirements of the seawater users in the pipe network change. Variable speed pump could meet the changes. Aim to reduce redundant seawater supply of the users and energy consumption of the pump,theoptimal speed mathematical model of centrifugal pump in the pipe network is established. Base on least-squares approach, with the flow - liftexperimental data of centrifugal pump, parameter identification method of centrifugal pump′smultivariableoptimal speed characteristics is proposed. Using AMESim,inthe fixed-speed mode, dual speed mode,the optimal speed mode,the variant operations of a ship′s seawater cooling pipe network are simulated, respectively. The results show that compared to fixed speed mode or dual speed mode, the optimal speed mode not only greatly reduce the redundant seawater supply of the users but also the power consumption of centrifugal pump.%变速泵能适应船舶海水冷却智能管网变工况运行时管网水力特性和流量需求变化。本文以各海水冷却用户供水冗余量最优及泵站能耗最低为目标,建立离心泵最优调速数学模型,并以最小二乘准则为参数判断依据,利用离心泵流量-扬程试验数据,提出离心泵多变量最优调速模型参数辨识方法。运用AMESim软件,分别以定转速模式、双转速模式和最优调速模式,对某船舶海水冷却管网变工况运行进行仿真研究。研究结果表明,相比定转速模式、双转速模式及最优调速模式不但可以使变工况运行条件下各用户供水冗余量大大减小,而且使得离心泵功耗大大降低。
