基于 DSP 的船舶电站监控系统设计

         

摘要

电站为船舶提供动力来源,在船舶航行中有非常重要的地位。对电站的监控现在也有比较成熟的技术,包括各种控制软件的应用。本系统结合实际情况及最新发展,提出基于 DSP 的船舶电站监控系统,芯片选用的是 TI 公司的 TMS320F2812 DSP 作为核心处理器,该型号 DSP 工作效率高,控制精度比较高,性能稳定,对于信号处理及硬件的控制都有很好的优势,可以使得监控系统稳定高效的工作。本系统配以 MCGS 组态软件作为监控软件,可以实时的从电脑终端对船舶中的各个设备及电站的工作状态进行可视化监控,以便做出及时决策。系统可以手动及自动的控制发电机开启、停止、加减速,并且系统可以在出现故障的时候进行报警提示。%Power station provide power source of the ship,it has a very important position of ship sailing. Power plant monitoring system carries a very important role. By analyzing the characteristics of DSP chip and DSP systems, the control part of the selection of the United States TI′s DSP TMS320F2812 is chose as the master chip which runs at speeds up to 150 MHz. The DSP is a specially designed control optimization for DSP, high precision of control, strong anti-interference ability, moderate cost, can provide reliable and efficient signal processing and hardware control for the high-performance drive system. With MCGS configuration software, the system can achieve real-time monitoring of the status of each device system, get better operating status monitoring function of the programmable controller system. The system can be directly controlled from the turbine stop, acceleration and deceleration, and to provide general protection and fault alarm for the generator. Take the system with two units for example, the system can complete a series of functions, automatically parallel operation of generator sets, automatic distribution of active power, auto start, auto-splitting.
