一种新型的绿色拆船工艺方案

摘要

针对“海昌天津”号拆解项目，按照《2009香港公约》要求列出船舶有害材料清单；考虑拆解过程中稳性变化对剩余船体的影响制定拆解原则和安全拆解顺序，达到了环境污染小，码头拆解不倾覆、不折断，剩余船体顺利进坞拆解的预期效果。%The dismantling project of Haichang Tianjin oil tanker is taken as research object .In terms of the Hongkong Con-vention (2009), the harmful materials are tabled.Considering the influence of stability in the dismantling process upon the re-maining hull , the dismantling principles are determined , and detailed dismantling order is developed .The green dismantling process scheme caused less environment pollution , while the ship is not overthrow or broke in the pier dismantling and the remai-ning hull has been smoothly docking dismantled .
