基于载波移相SPWM的级联多电平逆变器输出特性研究

     

摘要

级联多电平逆变器是最适合在高压大容量环境下应用的逆变器拓扑,论文首先讨论了基于该拓扑的载波移相SPWM(CPS-SPWM)技术,接着研究了直流侧电容不均压对基于CPS-SPWM的级联多电平逆变器输出特性的影响,最后通过仿真和实验对该逆变器的输出特性进行了分析,理论计算、仿真和实验结果相符,并得出了基于CPS-SPWM的级联多电平逆变器能大幅提升等效开关频率,对直流侧电容均压要求宽松的结论。%Cascade multilevel inverter was the most suitable inverter topology for the environment in high voltage and large power capacity.In this paper,we discussed the carrier phase shifting sinusoidal pulse width modulation(CPS-SPWM) based on that topology at first.And then how the DC capacitor unbalancing effect the output of cascaded multilevel inverter based on CPS-SPWM have been researched.At last simulations and experimentations are applied to research the inverter's output characteristic.The results of the simulations and experiments are matched with the calculation well.This paper ends with a conclusion that the cascaded multilevel inverter based on CPS-SPWM can not only improve switch frequency but also shows good ability of resisting dc side voltage fluctuation interference.
