基于磁隔离反馈的行波管栅极偏置电源设计

         

摘要

栅极偏置电源是行波管发射机的重要部件,其性能直接决定发射机的稳定性、可靠性及射频输出质量.栅极偏置电源浮动在阴极高电位上.设计的关键在于如何解决高电位信号隔离反馈问题.论文介绍了一种高可靠、高隔离、低成本的磁反馈隔离技术和基于此技术的行波管栅极偏置电源设计.%TWT grid-bias power supply is the important part of TWT transmitter.The stabilitys reliability and performance of RF are directly decided by grid-bias power supply.The power supply is isolated at cathode potential.Isolated feedback of high potential is key point of design of grid-bias power supply.The magnetic isolated feedback technology which is high reliable, high isolated and low cost and design of TWT grid-bias power supply based the technology are introduced in the paper.
