Belt conveyors are wildly used in port enterprises, but the hidden danger of lengthways tearing exists owing to the influence of impurities. Although various kinds of detections have been done to find belt tearing in earlier period, it is quite difficult to find out the fault of belt tearing in time because of the limitation of detections. Even the belt tearing has been found in time, only can machine halt cuts loss. The paper introduces a kind of blanking funnel that can prevent most of belt tearing and avoid heavy losses.%在港口企业，需要用到大量的皮带机，由于杂质的影响，皮带机存在纵向撕裂的事故隐患。虽然有多种多样的检测未早期发现皮带撕裂，但是由于各种检测的局限性，很难及时发现皮带撕裂故障，即使及时发现了皮带撕裂，也只能用停机来减少损失。本文介绍了一种防止皮带撕裂的落料漏斗，能够避免绝大多数的皮带撕裂，避免重大损失。
