This paper analyzes the numerical simulation on the original structure of division screen of #1 boiler and operating mode that shortened 1m, 2m and 3m separately by Fluent software utilizing computational fluid mechanics.To analyze the simulation results for each operating mode, it illustrates that inflammable goods are burnt more sufficient after shortening of division screen, the smoke temperature deviation for left-right horizontal flue entrance have not increased; right downside of horizontal flue entrance has no smoke passage; the average oxygen thickness has lowered in horizontal flue entrance section. This transforming method is provided with significant reference for those boilers which have the same problems at home.% 综合分析各工况的模拟结果,分隔屏截短后水平烟道入口处左右两侧烟气温度偏差并未增大,后水平烟道入口右下侧也并未出现烟气走廊,水平烟道入口截面平均氧气浓度降低,说明可燃物燃烧更充分。该改造方法,对国内存在有类似问题的锅炉具有重要的参考意义。
