浅谈如何实现大学生思想政治教育与就业指导工作的有效结合

随着高校扩招的影响,大学生人数呈逐年剧增的态势.每年都有几百万的大学毕业生面临就业问题.大学生就业问题已成为当前国家与社会的一个焦点问题.因此,本文结合西藏地区实际,简要谈一谈如何将大学生思想政治教育与就业指导工作相结合,以进一步提高大学生就业率.%with the influence of the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,college students show a tendency of increase year by year.Every year millions of college graduates employment problems.College students' employment problem has become a focus of the current state and society.Therefore,in this paper,combining the reality of Tibet region,briefly talk about how the college students' ideological and political education and employment guidance work,to further improve the college students' employment rate.
