医学科技期刊是国内外医学学术成果交流的重要平台。对比分析了德国与中国医学科技期刊发展的现状及特点，指出国外医学科技期刊多呈专业化、产业化、服务化发展，一些权威的医学科技期刊均以英语表达为主，这些差异为我国医学科技期刊深化出版体制改革、提高学术质量、增强服务意识、不断改善经营状况、与国际接轨、更好地发挥学术交流功能提供了参考。%The medical sci-tech periodical is an important platform for domestic ad foreign medical academic achievements communication. This paper carries out a rough comparative analysis on the development status and features of German and Chinese medical sci-tech periodicals, and points out that most of foreign medical sci-tech periodicals develop in the form of specialization, industrialization and servitization, some authoritative medical sci-tech periodicals give priority to English, these differences provide a reference for China’s medical sci-tech periodicals in deepening the reform of the publishing system, improving the academic quality, enhancing the service consciousness, constantly improving the operating condition, acting on international convention, and better giving the full play to their academic exchange function.
