国内高校信息管理与信息系统专业本科层次人才培养体系分析

ABSTRACT:By using the case contrasting analysis approach, this paper probes into the differences between Tsinghua University and Hefei University of Technology in personnel training system for undergraduates majoring in information management and information system, and points out that the domestic universities need to make further efforts in aspects of the experiment processing design, internship training institution, curriculum renewing mechanism, teaching staff construction, academic level, global vision, international exchange, and the connection with enterprises, etc., and should strengthen the innovation of people-based training system and the construction of educational resources, further explore the management mechanism for a major’s construction, pay the attention to the development trends of information technology, and layout in advance in order to promote the perfection and development of the personnel training system for undergraduates majoring in information management and information system.%采用对比分析的方法，探讨了清华大学与合肥工业大学的信息管理与信息系统专业本科生人才培养体系的差异，提出国内大学需要在实验处理设计、实习培训机构、课程更新机制、师资队伍建设、学术水平、全球视野、国际交流、企业连接等方面进一步努力改进，并要加强以人为本培养体系的创新与教育资源的建设，深入探究专业建设的管理机制，关注信息技术的发展趋势，提前布局，以推动我国信息管理与信息系统专业本科层次人才培育体系的完善与发展。
