ABSTRACT:This paper carries out a detailed study and calculation of the contribution rate of sci-tech progress of Shanxi Province in 2013 from the aspects of the provincial sci-tech progress contribution rate, the sci-tech progress speed and sci-tech progress contribution rate of each city, the sci-tech progress contribution quota of each city, and the multifactor productivity of each city, etc.%从全省科技进步贡献率、各地市科技进步速度和科技进步贡献率、各地市科技进步贡献额、各地市多要素生产率等方面，对2013年的山西科技进步贡献率进行了详细的研究与测算。
