饮用水源保护生态补偿受偿意愿调研与分析

摘要

Establishing the eco-compensation mechanism on Luoma Lake and forming the ecological protection and incentive mechanism on the upstream of Luoma Lake play an important role in improving the drinking water of Luoma Lake. Through the way of questionnaire survey, and selecting Sanwan Village, Qipan Town and Yaowan Town in Suqian City on the upstream of Luoma Lake and Xinyi Prefecture level City in Xuzhou City as the research objects, this paper conducts a detailed investigation on local residents’ WTA, and connecting with the literature research and data collection, carries out a statistical analysis on the problems in studied regions, and obtains the WTA of upstream regions, which can be used as a reference for the research on eco-compensation of Luoma Lake region.%在骆马湖建立生态补偿机制，形成上游生态保护激励机制，对于骆马湖饮用水改善有着极为重要的作用。通过问卷调查的方式，选取骆马湖上游宿迁市三湾村、棋盘镇、窑湾镇以及徐州市新沂市为具体研究对象，详细调研了当地居民的受偿意愿，结合文献研究、资料收集，对研究区域的问题进行了统计分析，得出了上游地区的受偿意愿，对骆马湖区域生态补偿研究起到一定的参考作用。
