对唐钢热轧部转炉车间降低铁水预处理冶炼低硫钢成本的生产实践进行了详细介绍。在生产实践中通过控制铁水原始硫含量、降低喷枪枪位、提前在铁水包底加灰和降低扒渣铁损等措施的实施,降低了镁粉消耗量,提高了铁水终点S命中率,缩短了冶炼周期,减少了扒渣过程带铁量,实现了预处理冶炼钢成本的降低。说明改进后的工艺能进一步改善铁水预处理深脱硫效果,可满足低硫钢冶炼的要求。%The hot metal pretreatment process of smelting steel with low sulfurof the converter workshop of tang-shan hot-rolling department is studied in this paper. By the way of controlling original sulphur content of hot met-al and ladle edge condition, the desulphurizing effect of hot metal is ensured, so the consumption of magnesium powder is reduced obviously, the smelting period is shortened, the iron loss is decreased during slag-off process, the purpose of reducing the cost of low-sulphur steel produced by hot metal pretreatment is realized at last. The results is explained that this process can further improve the effect of deep-desulphurizing, and meet the need of producing plow-sulphur steel.
