烧结机点火炉仿真操作系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

针对操作人员难以掌握烧结机点火炉操作的问题,自主研发了烧结机点火炉仿真操作系统。系统由仿真操作模块和技能鉴定模块组成。通过在某烧结机点火炉的应用,很大程度上提高了操作者对点火炉正常操作和故障处理的熟练程度,杜绝了因操作者对点火炉操作不熟练而造成的时间及产量损失。%In order to solve the problem that sintering operators are difficult to master the skill of ignition furnace operation, a sintering ignition furnace simulation operating system is independently developed. The system includes simulated operation module and skill checkup module. Through the application in ignition furnace of a sintering machine, the skill of the operators to operate the ignition hood and to handle the faulty ability is greatly improved. Consequently, the loss of operation time and production caused by the unskilled operators is avoided.
