9号高炉悬料的原因分析及处理

         

摘要

Under detailed analysis of No.9 blast furnace hanging in the first iron mill of Xingang, this paper puts forward specific measures to solve furnace condition recovery. After two consecutive damping down for a long time, the hearth condition has become worse, and original fuel quality is decreased obviously in restoration pro-cess of furnace condition. Physical hot deficiency of low temperature iron slag makes low liquidity, center domi-nated airflow shortage and blast furnace hanging. By taking effective measures promptly, furnace condition is rela-tively recovered .%在详细分析新钢第一炼铁厂9号高炉悬料原因的基础上,提出解决恢复炉况的具体措施。分析认为,连续两次长时间休风后炉缸工况有所变差且在炉况恢复过程中原燃料质量明显变差,高炉炉况调剂有所滞后,低炉温渣铁物理热不足,渣铁流动性变差,致使中心主导气流不足、高炉悬料。及时采取有效调剂措施后,炉况恢复较好。
