高强度聚焦超声联合三维适形放疗治疗胰腺癌患者的不良反应

摘要

Objective To explore the high-intensity focused ultrasound combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on quality of life of patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods To use the high-intensity focused ultrasound combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in 60 cases of pancreatic cancer patients after radiotherapy to establish dose-volume histograms and measurement parameters.To compare two different radiotherapy techniques and to calculate the adverse reactions.Results With the use of high-intensity focused ultrasound combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, the difference between the two groups was significant for abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and other gastrointestinal symptoms.Conclusion High-intensity focused ultrasound combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy technology can significantly reduce the volume of kidney exposed, improve the digestLve system exposed, increase the dose of the tumor region and improve tumor control rate without increasing normal tissue toxicity.%目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声联合三维适形放疗对胰腺癌患者生存质量的影响.方法 利用高强度聚焦超声联合三维适形放疗,对60例胰腺癌术后需行放疗的患者分为2组,分别采用不同的放疗技术,建立剂量体积直方图和计量参数,比较两种不同放疗技术的放疗并发症.结果 应用高强度聚焦超声联合三维适形放疗,出现腹胀、恶心、呕吐、食欲减退等胃肠道症状,两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论 高强度聚焦超声联合三维适形放疗技术能显著减少肾受照体积,对消化系统受照量的降低也具有优势,可提高肿瘤区域的剂量,提高肿瘤控制率而不会增加正常组织的毒性反应.
