Objective To compare clinical efficacy of valve core rubber band ligation and disposable umbili‐cal cord clamp in neonate .Methods Totally 130 cases of neonate in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,with 65 cases in each group .Control group was trea‐ted with valve core rubber band ligation ,while observation group was received disposable umbilical cord clamp . Umbilical cord ligation operation ,the umbilical cord dryness and neonatal umbilical cord separation time ,and prognosis of umbilical cord in two groups were compared .Results ①Rates of blood‐soaked and second position in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05) .②The exfoliat‐ion time of umbilical cord stump and completely drying time in observation group after treatment were significantly shorter than those in control group (P<0.05) .③The incidence rate of umbilical cord bleeding ,umbilical cord in‐fection and peripheral skin damage in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in con‐trol group(P<0.05) .Conclusion Disposable umbilical cord clamp in the treatment of neonate can reduce blood‐soaked and second position ,shorten the exfoliation time of umbilical cord stump and completely drying time ,and reduce the incidence of umbilical cord blood ,umbilical cord infection and peripheral skin damage .It is worthy of promotion and application .%目的：比较气门芯橡皮筋结扎脐带与一次性脐带夹结扎脐带在新生儿脐带处理中的临床效果。方法选择2014年5月至2015年5月130例新生儿，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组新生儿进行气门芯橡皮筋结扎，观察组新生儿进行一次性脐带夹结扎。对比2组新生儿的脐带结扎操作情况、脐带脱落时间和脐窝干燥时间、脐带预后情况。结果①观察组新生儿治疗后出现溅血及第2次定位明显低于对照组新生儿（P＜0.05）。②观察组新生儿治疗后的脐带脱落时间（d）和脐窝干燥时间（d）均比对照组新生儿短（P＜0.05）。③治疗后观察组的脐部出血、脐带感染及周围皮肤破损的发生率均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论一次性脐带夹结扎脐带在新生儿脐带处理中，可明显减少新生儿出现溅血及第2次定位，缩短脐带脱落时间和脐窝干燥时间，降低脐部出血、脐带感染及周围皮肤破损的发生率，值得临床推广与应用。
